We’re thrilled to report on the success of the recent ADVANCE Women’s Leadership Program , hosted by ComEd & Exelon! This two-day event, designed to empower and propel women in the dynamic energy sector, was catalyst for all who attended.

The program brought together emerging women leaders from every facet of the energy industry – from engineers building the grid of tomorrow to leaders charting the course for change. Attendees had an unparalleled opportunity to:

  • Amplify their Voice: Networking with industry trailblazers and forging powerful connections with women who are revolutionizing energy.
  • Ignite their Skillset: Diving deep into interactive workshops, insightful panel discussions, and inspiring keynotes that provided cutting-edge knowledge and actionable strategies.
  • Recharge their Confidence: Immersing themselves in a supportive community of peers and mentors who understand their challenges and celebrate their triumphs.
  • Unleash their Leadership Potential: Discovering unique strengths, refining personal brands, and gaining tools to navigate and conquer the road to advancement.

One of the most impactful takeaways was the opportunity for each participant to create their very own playbook – personalized to help define their vision, identify action steps, and get started NOW to ADVANCE their careers.

We witnessed incredible energy, collaboration, and inspiration throughout the event. The ADVANCE Women’s Leadership Program for Energy truly equipped attendees with the knowledge, network, and inspiration to illuminate their path to leadership and leave their mark on this ever-evolving industry.

Capacity, flow, logistics and attention to the details are major components of both Petroleum and event management. Gus’ event background includes some of Philadelphia’s most recognized events, The Reindeer Romp (3,000 participants), The World’s Largest Bar Crawl (15,000 participants), Xtoberfest (7,500 participants) on average over 50,000 tickets are sold to events produced by Gus. Since early 2011 Gus has been involved with logistics for Conferences Connect.
