Have a genuine Fender guitar (they have a menu) or DJ equipment delivered right to your room!
Location – The Hard Rock Hotel is centrally located on Michigan Avenue, smack in the middle hundreds of restaurants, museums, and walking distance to some of the best shopping in the world on the Miracle Mile.
Business Amenities – WIFI in the lobby, a rocking business center, fax and printing from your room, create a business traveler’s paradise.
Roadies – The staff at the Hard Rock get it! Friendly, attentive, and ready to cater to your every reasonable demand. At a recent conference, we experienced a last minute, like 15 minutes before service, change of lunch location. The staff executed flawlessly, and attendees were thrilled with service and the menu.
The Unexpected – There is pool table shaped like a 66 Mustang. Spend a little shopping in the well-stocked rock shop. Take in incredible Chicago skyline views. Hold the door, celebrity sightings and occasional selfie opportunities might just pop-up. Our last visit to the Hard Rock, had Snoop Dogg staying on the floor below us.
