Report buyers will get detailed company and comparative results for 100 utilities across the U.S. and Canada, and will receive a free, customized one-hour IVR teleconference with the IVR Doctors on their system — all for only $495 if purchased before April 1st. After April 1st, the Report is priced at $995.
“Gold Stethoscope Award” recognition is given for Top Overall System; Top companies with touch-tone and “press or say” modality; in Functionality, Usability, and Aesthetics; and for companies with “balanced” systems (i.e., achieved Top Quartile ratings in all three rating categories).
Companies can be added to the benchmark, even after publication.
