The IVR Doctors and Conferences Connect hosted a Master Class “Improving Your IVR” in Portland Oregon, May 20-21. Attendees learned proper ways to set up IVR menus, when to cut and add words to menu options and what not to do with your IVR System.
Portland, Oregon is home to many great attractions, beautiful scenery, and a moderate climate. The weather in Portland is ideal for growing roses and it’s often referred to as The City of Roses. Many in attendance took in the local favorites including The International Test Rose Garden, Guy Fieri’s favorite Frank’s Noodle House and of course microbreweries . We look forward to stopping back in Portland, Oregon for another conference.
