4 yrs with Pacific Gas and Electric, primarily financial services background, change agent experience my whole career. There are always new policies or systems to implement, requiring people to try new things, stop old procedures and become proficient with new skills.
Question: What do you like to do when you’re not working? Hobbies?
I really enjoy being outside, bike rides, walking through the city and road trips.

Question: What is your biggest challenge?
Oh boy, scope creep. keeping sponsors to the original scope of work, saving the new ideas to be properly vetted before adding to the project plans.

This one requires more thought, I have sooooo many influencers I am completely stumped for an answer.
Question: What’s the biggest misconception you run into in your role (or what people seem to think about Change Management)?
That change work is ‘the soft stuff’….it requires thoughtfulness and a lot of planning to help people have access to new information, opportunities to learn new skills and coaching to be competent in the new operating procedures.
