Change Weariness – Lessons for Lessening Change Pain in 2021 Presented by 1898 & Company – Dana Houston Jackson

Change Fatigue is real and very alive in 2021. Transformation is not a word anyone wants to hear right now. People have had to “Transform” too much during 2020 which continues into 2021. But business must move forward so it’s still around, and we all have a job.

Change Fatigue is real and very alive in 2021. Transformation is not a word anyone wants to hear right now. People have had to “Transform” too much during 2020 which continues into 2021. But business must move forward so it’s still around, and we all have a job. In this session, Dana Houston Jackson of 1898 & Company we discuss practical and applicable steps to create the right mindset in self and others despite it all right now. We take a few pages out of the Agile framework as steps to lesson change pain and reduce weariness. Hear actual examples of each lesson in play. This also touches on how the Japanese art and Philosophy of Kintsugi (the art of broken pieces) and utilization of the Agile Toolbox tool MoSCoW are both potent friends to all of us.
