The ADVANCE Leadership Program for Women in Energy wrapped up successfully on March 9-10, 2026, at Baker Hughes in Houston, TX—and what an inspiring two days it was!
Hosted at Baker Hughes’ state of the art facility, this intensive program brought together women leaders and emerging leaders from across the energy sector. Attendees dove deep into essential topics like cultivating a strong leadership mindset, mastering networking, building resilience, breaking barriers, and developing actionable strategies to accelerate career advancement.
