5. Where do you see yourself one year from today? Gymnastics Dad Stuff and continuing to help company continuously improve Innovation and change management culture that drives premiere customer experience.
6. What is your biggest challenge? Sustaining momentum and value of a beating in innovation and change management.
7. Who are your role models (and why?) My mother for her dedication and commitment to me. My dad for pouring into me what it means to be a man and a leader that respects and values everyone.
8. What is your number one goal? My number one goal is to develop people or family to be sustaining contributors and leaders in whatever they do while having lasting impact.
9. What are you most excited about RIGHT NOW? My daughters continued growth in school, gymnastics, and life.
10. What are you most grateful for RIGHT NOW? My life, my family and support system, and ability to do the things I like to do.
